Theresa Pham has spent over 15 years creating digital products and building teams from the ground up. She is an advocate for taking a design-thinking approach to product innovation, and coaching teams on how to put the customer-first.
She is currently Director of Product at Tealium, where she works on a customer data platform that helps brands seamlessly unify their customer data and deliver real-time insight to activation.
More recently, Theresa worked at Intuit where she was a product leader within the consumer marketing organization, focusing on product strategy, personalization, and experimentation for TurboTax.com. Prior to that, she spent 6 years at Mirum Agency leading the U.S. product and solutions practice, working on digital transformations for brands including Qualcomm, Mazda, Epson, Ironman, San Diego Tourism, and Pfizer.
She has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, wrangling her 4-year old son, and scoping out new coffee spots in San Diego.
