Terri Shih is a Data Analyst at Braintree, a payments processing company. She works on projects related to growth and payments optimization, automating reports, building dashboards, and providing data-driven recommendations. She also co-leads Braintree's Diversity & Inclusion Education initiative, which aims to provide resources and trainings for employees on a variety of topics, such as how to have more productive D&I discussions.
Prior to Braintree, Terri worked at Redbox on their Strategy & Analytics team, and at Stax, a global strategy consulting company. She graduated from Northwestern University, and would love to show you a picture of her dog.
