Since 2000, Tanya managed political and advocacy campaigns across the US, and coached executive leaders in public education and government. Tanya has a master of science in performance measurement from Carnegie Mellon University, is a certified coach, and is the founder of Quantified Edge Coaching. She is a regular editorial contributor to Forbes Media on negotiation technique, and is currently writing a manual on how to negotiate and win at work, at home, and at the Capitol. When she's not writing, you can find her at the gym practicing Muay Thai and traditional boxing.
