Tania Ranguelova was born in Bulgaria, Eastern Europe. She has a BA in Business Administration and an MBA from Loyola University, Chicago.

After many years in corporate finance and experiencing the effects of stress first hand, Tania decide to address the problem of work-life balance so many people face in our society and created a website for corporate wellness on demand: www.stressaway.me.

Tania is passionate about spreading the word on health and wellness and helping people create a practice based on mindfulness, to help balance their stressful lives. She is also a Reik Master/Teacher, published author and practices Chi Gong and meditation daily.
