Sylvia Royall

As a freelance user experience designer, researcher, and information architect, Sylvia is passionate about human-centered design and translating complex problems into elegant and engaging solutions. Sylvia transitioned to digital UX after years of running Sort & Order, her own consulting business specializing in applying empathy and organizing techniques to help clients achieve greater productivity, efficiency, success, and peace of mind. Sylvia also has a background of increasingly responsible roles within project management, marketing, and analytics within several large companies including UnitedHealth Group, Chase Credit Card Services, and ING Capital. She is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a self-taught SAS and SQL computer programmer.

In her spare time, Sylvia enjoys making beautiful things by hand, eating copious amounts of almond butter, and listening to Chaka Khan.
