Sylvia leads Data4Good - a group initiated by Altis Consulting. She was inspired by the presenters at the first Data4Good conference in Sydney and took the reins for the group, running events like "Using data to prevent Modern Day Slavery" and the Auckland Data4Good Conference. Sylvia believes that ideas can be sparked anywhere, anytime, so is driven to create meaningful events and opportunities that drive others to take positive action. She has worked in the Business Intelligence world for over 15 years and is excited to be able to merge her professional background with social and ethical responsibilities to drive change within communities and organisations.
