Dr. Wertheim designs and runs customized workshops that are based on years of original research, including "Language and Bias," "Avoiding Bias in Hiring," and "Secret Culture Clashes at Work." Dr. Wertheim also specializes in "culture audits" of companies to help them identify the workplace problems that affect employee engagement and turnover.
