Stephen is a past graduate of General Assembly's Data Science Immersive Course and has been studying and working in a range of disciplines with a passion for mathematics and science.

Repeated exposure to the problem solving associated with large datasets throughout his career have triggered that love of the process and procedures of interpreting, predicting and communicating interesting results of bland data. He has spent an inordinate amount of time training neural networks to appreciate recipes and cooking.

Stephen used to teach mathematics and holds degrees majoring in Physics and Linguistics from the University of Melbourne.
