Stephen Baric is a UX Consultant with over 10 years experience in the design industry. He has a passion for creating great user experiences, which meet the sweet spot between desirability, viability and feasibility. He achieves this through the adoption of design thinking and lean design principles which encompass empathising with users in order to understand their needs to help uncover opportunities worth exploring in a future state.
He is an experienced UX and CX practitioner, with exposure in leading and facilitating workshops, along with managing stakeholders and challenging the business requirements in order to achieve the best output for the end user. Stephen has worked for a number of brands including Macquarie Bank, PwC, Qantas, ServiceNSW and Sydney Trains, delivering digital products across a range of platforms.
