With backgrounds in Economics and International Affairs, he specializes in the development of innovative analytic techniques to help organizations of all types meet their goals. Spencer worked as an Economist in the office of Governor John Hickenlooper, a Senior Manager of Retention Marketing at Craftsy and is currently the Director of Marketing & Analytics at Pact. In his other role as a Founding Partner at The Langston Co, he continues to work with companies across a wide variety of industries to grow and retain loyal customer followings.
