With 15 years industry experience in customer experience strategy, user experience design & information architecture, Sophie switches easily between strategic thinking and executing detail to create engaging digital experiences for organisations such as BT, Orange mobile, V&A Museum, Telstra, YHA, IAG, Comminsure, Harvey Norman, Tourism WA, Bendigo Bank, University of Western Australia, Bupa and the State Library of Queensland.
With a strong focus on nurturing collaboration and stakeholder engagement, Sophie takes the lead in advocating for business and customer needs throughout her projects. Happiest when hands-on during the design process, working collaboratively with talented cross discipline teams to prototype, test, iterate and build end products that shine.
Outside of UX, Sophie peruses her passion for photography; practising moment design to capture natural interaction between families and document their story.
