Sophie first became a Certified STOTT PILATES instructor in Oxford, 2004 after a horse riding accident, which sparked her passion in the mechanics of movement and soon went on to train in YOGA with The British Wheel of Yoga, and just continued to increase her tool box with Merrithew Health & Fitness Corporation Group in Toronto, Canada including Halo® Training - Integrated Bodyweight Training, ZEN•GA® - Blend of Yoga, Pilates & Dance and lastly CORE™- Athletic conditioning & Performance training. Sophie's aim is to enrich the lives of her students with intelligent fitness by developing their Mind, body Awareness, Core Strength, Knowledge and overall Well Being, so many can continue to live the life that they want by moving with ease and pain free outside of the class room. That is her calling.
