She started her career in FMCG in the UK & Europe, responsible for some of the world’s best loved brands, and then moved to Singapore to launch a snack-food ecommerce business in APAC. In 2018 she left the corporate world to co-found Cove, Southeast Asia’s leading coliving company that makes it easier, faster and more flexible for people to rent comfortable homes at honest prices. Sophie is passionate about people development and diversity in business and is also the founder of Working Girls Network, a London based professional development social-enterprise for women.
