Soo Park is the founder of Fab Food Chicago food blog and author of "Chicago Food Crawls" book. She started her blog to showcase her love of food, writing, photography, and all things Chicago. Soo has over 20 years of marketing and branding experience, including over a decade in the magazine publishing industry where she worked on Chicago, Chicago HOME, Ebony and Jet. Along with @FabFoodChicago (+75k followers), she also runs her own marketing consulting business to help local restaurants and businesses grow through social media, content development, influencers’ events, and more.
