Shilpa is a Senior innovation designer with experience and accomplishments in setting up and running UX research departments within small and large firms. A big-picture thinker with hands on experience leading and performing design research using ethnographic studies, she believes in applying her passion for design and empathy for user needs to create meaningful user experiences across multiple channels. She is also a classically trained architect and interior designer able to apply user-centered design principles to space design for retail, restaurants, and workspaces.
