Shawn Ghuman is a co-founder of the National Sikh Campaign, a nonprofit aimed at improving the awareness and perception of the Sikh religion in America, and works for Akoya, a startup within Fidelity, in product management, marketing, and business development. He is also a Lecturer in Johns Hopkins University's graduate marketing program and is a former PR and digital marketing strategist at Ketchum, a leading global agency, where he led multiple high-profile, award-winning campaigns for corporations and nonprofits and was selected to be on the Ketchum CEO's inaugural Breakthrough Advisory Board.
Shawn is an alumnus of both General Assembly's part-time Digital Marketing as well as the part-time Data Analytics course and has been teaching at General Assembly since 2017. He teaches workshops and bootcamps across digital marketing, product management, and professional development. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech and is currently getting his Master of International Business from the Tufts Fletcher School.
