Shara is an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in tech, volunteers with the Ad Council’s UX Committee, an emerging speaker, and a coach & mentor to designers breaking into tech. When she’s not hustling, she enjoys watching crime documentaries with her husband, Ryan and her 3 girls. Ask her any true crime trivia and she’ll likely know it. It’s her secret talent.
