Shannen is a Social Media Manager at Flexa Careers and an advocate for neurodiversity in the workplace.

Before moving into a marketing role, Shannen served as a recruitment specialist and employer branding expert at a number of innovative companies and startups. Her speciality as a recruiter was utilising the employer brand to attract top talent and seeking out candidates in lesser-known online locations, via more creative means. On the other hand, Shannen has also been in the candidate seat a number of times and has used creative measures to grab the attention of employers and hiring managers - including the team at Flexa!

As a woman with ADHD who was only diagnosed last year, Shannen understands how difficult it can be for many of us to find our dream jobs and then keep up the momentum, so that we don’t find ourselves getting bored, unmotivated and restless. She’ll be joining us with plenty of experience and tips to share!
