Shanice is from Birmingham and recently co-founded The Elephant Room alongside iris worldwide's Former CEO Dan Saxby which has been going since 2017. Just 10 months into her marketing internship, she had made such an impression that they went on to create The Elephant Room, with now 5 co-founders they are working towards re-imagining the future of work and advertising. They are a new creative company and they are taking a new approach as to how they work within the industry. Shanice has previously assisted on supporting brands such as Adidas and Britvic to find talent for global commercials, not only has she been the face of the official U.K campaign by LinkedIn. She was named one of Managements Today 35 under 35 and featured in The Telegraph and was also chosen to sit on the Race Disparity Audit at no.10 Downing Street.
She has consulted with top brands on how to find fresh talent and become more collaborative with those people who are in the wider creative industry. Almost 4 years now and she is still going with a real passion to be a voice and a relatable representation of what she hopes the industry can become in the near future. She is the former Brand & Talent Manager for GUAP magazine, which helped to build out them team on where it is today. She has recently founded the guestlist an exclusively inclusive online network that exposes people to different opportunities and access to industry networks, events and collaboration they may have otherwise not been able to gain. This is now a year old and near to 700 people and counting. She has curated her own events platform called Girls, Lets talk which is about encouraging young women to connect and build as a part of Girls Talk London.
