Shani-Leigh Christiansen started working in tech in the customer support space. She began her career at a Shark Tank startup in Boston where she helped to build the customer support team and document the processes for the company. Shani moved to Denver to work at her current company, Guild Education, an EdTech startup that provides education benefits. She originally worked with employees interested in going back to school, but moved into a client services role to help support and manage one of their largest accounts.
Shani received a Master's degree in Technical Communication at Western Carolina University where she received the Dean’s Outstanding Scholar award for her innovative research and teaching processes.
