Shane Foster comes from a background in Customer Support, Sales, and Recruiting. While working as a Director of Corporate Relations for the Technology Association of Georgia, he fell in love with the startup community here in Atlanta. After dabbling (unsuccessfully) in Sales, he made the move to Recruiting in December of 2017 with Gather, another software startup in town. The shift in career paths came about through a passion for building environments and cultures in the workplace that people would want to come into every day!
Now at FieldEdge, Shane heads up Recruiting for a company that was #14 on Glassdoor’s Best Places To Work and has been on the Inc5000 list the past 2 years. When he’s not at work, he’s hanging out with the greatest dachshund in the world, Brando, and eating at the best restaurants ATL has to offer – mainly LEONs and Ticonderoga Club.
