Shana Soltani runs Employee Engagement programs at DocuSign IMPACT, which aims to harness the power of DocuSign's people, products, and profits to do good in the communities where its employees and customers live and work. Shana is passionate about facilitating opportunities for individuals to take action on issues they care about, and believes that we all have a responsibility to help make a positive impact in our local and global communities. Prior to DocuSign, Shana worked in the non-profit and international development sector for 10 years, running the California office of WE, and managing the competitive fellowship and internship programs at Kiva. A Bay Area native, Shana holds a BA from NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study and an MA in International Policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.
