Shae Whitney is a native to Colorado and the founder of DRAM Apothecary, a dynamic beverage and lifestyle company located in the Rocky Mountains. Shae specializes in the production of herbal bitters and beverages that are nationally distributed. Named by Food & Wine as America’s top food artisan, she utilizes her background in Food Science, Botany, Herbalism and Mixology to create a suite of truly unique, wild foraged Colorado products. Shae is also the co-owner of the DRAM Lodge, a rustic and historic overnight getaway located in Silver Plume, Colorado. Her skill set is eclectic and includes product design, interior design and restoration, social media communication, photography, hospitality, cooking, plant identification and herbal medicine.
