Sean is an ex-food server turned lead front-end developer and full-stack freelance JavaScript developer. After working in a combination of customer service and sales positions for thirteen years, he made the switch to web development. This happened after rediscovering an old love for code that he originally found in the days of Geocities and dancing baby gifs. He moved to Washington from California two years ago for something new and ended up serving tables again. He found GA shortly after the transition and dove into the Web Development Immersive without looking back. Currently, he is working remotely to rebuild Nomadic Learning's product in modern technologies.
When he isn't working or learning new technologies, you can find Sean shouting at football or basketball games, going to meetups, going to breweries, finding the next burger that will change his entire perspective on life, talking about getting back into power lifting (without execution), or drowning himself in his newest favorite song, playing it on repeat for hours.
