Sean Robertson
Software Engineering Immersive Instructor, General Assembly
My name is Sean Robertson. I am a native Washingtonian, having grown up in Spokane, and I moved to Seattle to pursue the great technology dream. I got my start working IT help desk jobs and general support roles, but once I was in Seattle I was introduced to software development and was hooked. I then spent the next few years learning as much as I could about web development and eventually was able to secure a entry-level developer position. After cutting my teeth for awhile, I moved on to Groupon where I was a software engineer.
I’m big on the outdoors (yay Washington!), video games, playing music, and coding cool stuff. I also enjoy showing others how awesome programming can be and love seeing how others dissect problems.
