Scott started his recruitment career in London’s thriving startup scene, working closely with digital agencies, startups and SMEs to source UX/UI designers with a focus on mobile apps. During this time he worked with the likes of Deliveroo to start their design team, recruiting talent from all over Europe.
Having moved across the pond to Melbourne, Scott has focused on the local market, recruiting in the UX/CX/UI and Service Design space for large corporates, startups and everything in between. Most recently, he has been working at Isobar finding top talent across technology, strategy and design, to work on some of Australia's largest brands.
