Sasha grew up in Alaska, the land of the midnight sun. She moved to Denver for college and earned her BS in Mathematics at the University of Colorado Denver. During that time, she worked as a math tutor with the university and as an actuarial intern for a regional property and casualty insurer. After graduating, she joined the analytics team at Return Path and has since been building a career in Data Science.
