San Francisco

Sarah Locher is the Data & Performance Lead for the San Francisco Department of Homelessness & Supportive Housing. In this role, she is responsible for developing, monitoring, and reporting performance measures and using data to support the implementation of high quality, responsive, and coordinated homeless services. Sarah previously worked at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency where she specialized in performance measurement and led business process improvement efforts. She holds a bachelor's degree in ethnic studies from UC San Diego and a master's in public policy from UCLA.
