Sarah has been in HR for 5 years and 100% remote for the past 3 years. She obtained her SHRM-CP certification 2 years ago and has a passion for employee relations. Sarah started as a Staffing Assistant and is now a Sr. HRBP for the Credit Union of Colorado (which is currently undergoing a company wide remote work initiative). In her spare time, she hikes 14ers and rock climbs with her spouse and 4 year old son. Sarah’s most recent adventure was summitting Half Dome in Yosemite. Sarah strongly believes that remote work is the key to being the most productive employee while leading a fulfilling personal home life.
