I am a connector with more than 30 years in hospitality, wine and sales. In my experience I have brought people together to start high profile restaurants, luxury product launches, new distribution companies, specialty teams to meet the needs of key individuals, accounts and companies. As a leader, I adopted the practices of diversity, empowerment and autonomy. The success of those individuals and teams over time has resulted in promotions, expanded leadership, goal & revenue attainment and an ability to pivot during change, whether planned or unexpected. The most important contribution, though, was to witness people becoming themselves more fully, authentically and purposefully.
