Sarah Elstone is a Strategist at Critical Mass. A creative advertising agency located in Calgary. Pivoting from investment banking, she's taken a lot of twists and turns to find her true calling. She believes her role as an advertiser is to push the boundaries of disruptive thinking, and to empower positive change to create happiness. She also spends her time as the Marketing Director for Young Women in Business, which first and foremost, is a community for women to empower and uplift each other. They also work to provide networking and growth opportunities for female professionals. All while changing perceptions about the strength of women's capabilities in the workforce.
