Sandra’s unique approach lies in her highly experiential workshops - coupling transformational and scientific techniques for people to uncover their ‘unconscious’ biases and make change happen with "It starts with Me!" mantra.
Apart from working with large international companies, Sandra also works with United Nations as a DEI facilitator and coach. Sandra has facilitated workshops in Australia, India, Hungary, Dubai and Turkey. She has partnered with leading organisations in building & facilitating ‘Evolve’ – a flagship woman leadership program globally.
Sandra believes being a lifelong learner is the no. 1 skill for the new world. Over the years, she has been trained in transformational methodologies from US, Israel, UK, India and Australia, which has served her clients with breakthrough immediate results.
