Samantha Santos is the Diversity & Inclusion Manager within Bloomberg’s Diversity & Inclusion team. In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing Bloomberg's diversity and inclusion strategy.
Since joining Bloomberg in 2009, Samantha was a Human Resources Business Partner for the Engineering group. Within that role, Samantha was responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies and solutions while leading a team of HR business partners in supporting the HR needs of a global business unit comprising 4,000 engineering employees. Overseeing daily human resource operations and partnering with the business on resource and workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. Samantha transferred into the Diversity and Inclusion team this year and will continue to partner with global business units on ensuring that the organization is leveraging the diversity of the workforce to drive engagement and commercial impact globally. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Samantha has worked as a human resources professional across diverse industries including finance, technology, marketing and health care.
Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Niagara University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the New York Institute of Technology. In her spare time, Samantha is a mentor for American Corporate Partners, Read Ahead and actively volunteers with several non-profit partners of Bloomberg.
