Sabrina is a user researcher with over 20 years of experience. She holds a university degree in Psychology from Humboldt University in Berlin, specialising in Engineering Psychology and Cognitive Ergonomics. She has been conducting user research for clients like eBay, Deutsche Bank, Ford etc. She is also the founder of eye square GmbH in Germany. In the UK, she is currently working as a user experience researcher for Zava; previous roles were for Experian Data Quality, Ministry of Justice, Shop Direct, and ThoughtWorks.
