Ryan Hall is a dynamic Marketing Consultant and Educator that has helped countless entrepreneurs, artists, and business owners increase their profits by connecting with their exact audience online. Before opening his marketing agency, Black Valley Digital, Ryan served as Program Manager for Code Fever Miami, a non-profit focused on building minority startup ecosystems where he spearheaded large programs for NBC Universal, Capital One, Dell, Broward County Library system and more. Through his work over 2 Million educators and students have been equipped with the tools to succeed in the innovation economy.

Ryan often speaks on diversity in tech, the Arts, and digital marketing for organizations like Chevy, Fiverr, the University of Miami, and the Perez Art Museum. Outside of the office, Hall serves the startup community as a 1 Million Cups Miami Community Organizer and on the Diversity Advisory board for SXSW. He currently runs Black Valley Digital, an agency that helps companies access resources and opportunities to grow their profitable tribe of customers online.
