Ryan is an Account Director at General Assembly, where his focus is supporting enterprises in financial services to design and deliver training and recruiting programs that power digital transformations at scale.
Ryan joins GA from Harvard Business School, where he was an active member of the education and tech communities, and worked with VCs and startups building the future of work and learning through IoT, Big Data, and AI / ML.
Prior to HBS, Ryan worked at Morgan Stanley in both Sales & Trading and Investment Banking before transitioning to education policy. He served as a Special Advisor to Delaware’s Governor and Education Secretary, leading efforts to create new career pathways for teachers and broaden access to public school resources through new digital services.
