Ruby currently works at Grab in Singapore. She is a Lead UX Researcher and the co-chair of Women at Grab. Prior to working at Grab, Ruby's career was in management consulting. Most recently she worked at Boston Consulting Group in Singapore as a Senior Strategic Designer and before that worked at Nous Group, a management consulting firm in Australia. Ruby's career has focused on using Human Centred Design techniques in diverse contexts across the public, private and non-profit sectors to provide advice on product and service design, strategy and policy.
