Rovina Broomfield holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Olin Business School and an undergraduate degree in Finance. After beginning her career at General Mills, for the past six years, she has enjoyed trailblazing career progression at Amazon, which includes successfully building a business and team – from inception to launch – for the company. Her passions of faith, business, and leadership combine to produce this workshop content focused on practical tools that translate into action for each student. Rovina also have several entrepreneurial ventures underway, and finds time outside of work to play basketball, serve in her local church, and travel the world.
