For the last two years, Rob has worked at Moonpig where he looks after retention. There, he’s able to practices modern product development techniques, like JTBD and growth hacking, in order to retain and reactive Moonpig’s customer base.
Rob got his first taste of product management at an Old Street-based food tech startup, where he was hired into a graduate product role after completing a Comp Sci degree.
Rob runs The Product Group London - a monthly meetup people interesting in product management. He also enjoys speaking regularly at events, most recently MTP Engage in Manchester. Outside of work Rob enjoys exploring new spaces in which to have fun and build products - he’s currently trying to start a fashion label, North London Construction.
