Rita Cidre is a marketer, designer, storyteller and the founder and CEO of Anda Pa'l, a fast-growing e-commerce accessories brand for multicultural Puerto Rican women. Rita started her business 2 years ago whLIe working as Marketing Director at ZLIlow Group, where she managed marketing for the company's largest business: Premier Agent. Prior to ZLIlow, Rita led customer acquisition for Real Simple magazine in New York and prior to that was a founding member, head fundraiser and the main voice on those pesky pledge drives for Rhode Island's NPR station. Her work has been featured on NBC, Buzzfeed, Mitú and Remezcla and she's been named one of the top 50 female marketers to follow by Search Engine Journal, Hubspot, and Devrix. Rita has an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and a BA from Brown University.
