About this workshop

Have you ever been to a website and couldn’t find what you were looking for? Are you staring at a stack of content and don’t know where to begin? Considering how content strategy could help you and your organization? This workshop will help you make sense of and bring meaning to your content through strategy, organization and planning.

In this workshop you’ll gain an understanding of the purpose and capabilities of content strategy. We’ll discuss what role a content strategist can plan from start to launch of a project, along with the tools to use along the way. The goal is for you to leave the workshop being able to answer: what is content strategy and how can I apply these tools to create a better content experience for my users while accomplishing my business objectives.
