Richard Harris is a recovering academic turned Data Scientist. After graduate school in Washington DC and time working abroad in Japan, Richard turned messes of data into answers for the University of Chicago Crime Lab and Braintree Payments in Chicago. He believes (very strongly) that given the right question, data science can offer the right answer. Outside of work, you can usually find him planning his next trip or playing board games a little too far into the evening.
