What Rhea Alexander loves most about her work is designing life-changing programs that support individuals to discover their passions. "I am energized when collaborating with creative and compassionate change makers who share my passion for making a positive impact in the world."
She puts her passion in to action as the Director of the Parsons Entrepreneurs Lab, as Assistant Professor and as part of the leadership team responsible for launching the Strategic Design and Management (SD+M) program at The New School - Parsons School of Design where they infuse design thinking into business innovation. Rhea is also the director of the Parsons Entrepreneurial Lab (ELab) .
The Parsons ELab facilitates entrepreneurial pathways after graduation. ELab brings alumni closer to the NYC design and entrepreneurial communities by redefining the post-graduate experience for a selected group of Parsons School of Design Strategies graduate students to help transition alumni from students to entrepreneurs.
