Renee thrives on making the seemingly impossible possible. She’s a mom, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a granddaughter, a friend. She's been both a student and a teacher. Renee has worked for herself, she's worked for The Man. She's a dreamer, a doer, a believer in the capacity of the human condition and the human ability to accomplish great things. Renee is an even bigger believer in making that happen, even if you have to forge your own path and invent your own rules.

As founder and CEO of With Pause, she helps bring moments of pause into your day to help increase focus and concentration, improve creativity and reduce your automatic pilot and manage stress. Within that pause lies possibility and in possibility there are many paths. Renee believes that one’s greatest asset is the quality of attention you bring to every aspect of your experience . With a M.Ed in Early Childhood and M.Ed in Special Education, Renee’s experience over the past 20 years in education ranges from birth to adulthood. She helps everyone from the home office to the C suite. Renee is a Mindful Schools Certified Instructor and loves seeing the shift of perspective in people’s experience. Her prior life includes a BS in Business Administration which led to 5 years plus in both Fortune 500 companies and a small startup during the dot-com boom. Renee attributes who and where she is to the people that have touched her life in big and small ways.
