Hi! I'm Renae and I've taken a leap of faith. After managing in the retail industry for 10 years, I decided to turn my career on its head and study something I've been lightly dabbling with for a few years; coding! After trying my hand at a few free online courses, I found myself not quite grasping concepts as well as I would being in a classroom environment. After finding General Assembly, I tackled the Web Development Immersive Bootcamp and landed my first dev job a week after finishing the course! I hope to inspire more people to take a risk and achieve their goals that may seem out of reach but are actually achievable if you believe in yourself and take that leap.
