Reda is a practicing attorney and military families advocate based in Houston, Texas. She serves as in-house counsel for a large shipping and logistics company. Reda is also the Founder and CEO of GotSpot, a digital marketplace connecting small enterprises with micro-term commercial space rentals. Reda serves on the Boards of Leadership Houston, Texas Lyceum, League of Women Voters Houston, Sketch City, and Military Family Advisory Network.

Reda graduated from the University of California Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor as well as a Certification of Specialization in Environmental Law. Reda also recently completed an MBA in Sustainable Business with a dual concentration in sustainable urban development, and environmental law and policy. Reda is a member of Leadership Houston Class XXIX, and a graduate of the Houston Young Lawyer's Association Leadership Academy. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Leadership Houston, the Texas Lyceum, and Sketch City.

A proud Army wife, Reda is a founding member of the Military Spouse JD Network. Reda is also a co-founder of the Keep Your Promise Alliance, and was named 2014 Armed Forces Insurance Army Spouse of the Year for her advocacy on behalf of military families and veterans. She currently serves as the Houston Steering Committee Member for the Texas Veteran Spouse Network.

Reda is active in the Houston community. She serves as VP of Civic Engagement for the League of Women Voters of the Houston Area. She was a finalist for Houston Business Journal's 2016 Best Corporate Counsel Up-and-Comer Award, and was also named one of HBJ's 40 under 40 for 2014. In 2013, the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources honored Reda with the Distinguished Environmental Advocate Award for her contributions to environmental law and her community. The National Association of Professional Women named Reda a Professional Woman of the Year for 2011/2012.
