Tandem is best described as a health action driver, helping health plans and employers drive specific consumers to take specific health actions to meet specific population health goals.
Randy has a passion for applying the principles of marketing to solving problems in healthcare. Prior to EveryMove, he pursued his own product concept in the patient engagement arena and was VP of Marketing at Group Health where he immediately saw the need to rethink consumer health engagement. While his focus is now on healthcare, he is first and foremost a data driven marketer and CRM professional, having served as vice president of Online Experience at Safeco Insurance, founder of a worldwide customer relationship management function at Microsoft, marketing leader for two online ventures, and having built his foundational marketing skills during a 10-year career at American Express.
