She has a demonstrated history of working with charities, local government and service providers in sectors such as youth, justice and education.
She is also co-founder of Sisterhood, a social enterprise and studio working with young girls to build confidence through social action projects. Through Sisterhood they are equipping the next generation of girls with tools, skills and opportunities they need to create a future in which all girls can thrive.
Together Rebecca and Rachita were nominated in Adidas Londons International Women's Day #shebreaksbarriers campaign, and Sisterhood has been recognised across national media outlets such as Forbes, BBC, Glamour, Stylist and Creative Bloq.
