In her role, she manages a team of talented designers who focus on new user activation, onboarding, conversion, retention, and expansion. She’s passionate about design operations, learning and development, & growing curious, strategic design leaders.
Before joining Sprout Social, Rachel designed reputation management software at ReviewTrackers, and digital publishing tools at The Onion, A.V. Club & ClickHole. She received her BFA in Graphic Design, and began her career in the advertising industry.
