Once upon a time Rachel was a high school English teacher. When she ran away screaming from that and into the arms of grad school, she discovered the world of UX, and has been hooked ever since. Currently Rachel is the Director of UX for Launch Interactive, an agency in downtown Atlanta. Launch connects customers to their client’s brand by creating the right experiences, as revealed through their extensive user-centered research.
